Kristi Gochoel has been meditating for over 45 years, and have studied with many teachers, including H.H. Dalai Lama, Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche, Thich Nhat Hanh, Jon Kabat Zinn (founder of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), Susan Harper and Camille Maurine (author of Meditation Secrets for Women).
